This is my first recipe ever, so I am going to keep it simple. I had this for the very first time today. It is truly a delicatessen out here. I enjoyed it! I hope you will, too.
As well as: flour, 1 egg, breadcrumbs & oil for deep-frying
– Let the raw meat sit in salty water in the fridge for about an hour
– Boil the meat for about ten minutes in fresh water
– Dip the meat in the flour, than egg, than breadcrumbs
– Deep fry for about five minutes
Ready to eat!
